We’re now seeing our mail order and membership organisation clients test the water and run with their summer direct mail campaigns.
Customers and members are now ready to engage and direct mail is a perfect way to capture their attention.
All the ADM team agree the easing of lockdown has encouraged our clients to get their direct mail campaigns back on track.
Julie Ray, Client Services Director
“Things certainly aren’t quiet here at ADM – more phone and video calls with our membership organisation and mail order clients.
We’re discussing their next mailings and how to maximise the use of direct mail. We’ve all been given the green light to ease lockdown and get the economy moving again.
A number of our major fashion mail order clients are already moving forwards with their next mailings. They decided the time is now right to take the plunge.
There are selling opportunities out there once again now that shops have re-opened, people are booking holidays and returning to pubs and restaurants. Our clients agree it is vital to get in front of customers and direct mail is a great way to do this.
At ADM we have focussed on client services and made sure we are always available – communication is key. We have done our best to support our amazing portfolio of clients. Every client has experienced different problems and we have taken a pragmatic and common-sense approach to solving every issue.”
Marc Latham, Production Manager
“We’re proud to say that despite the difficulties and uncertainties during lockdown, we have never missed a production shift here at ADM.
We have had to re-schedule jobs, re-arrange the factory layout and re-arrange shift patterns but the production team have been fully on side.
We have all remained focussed on delivering first-class results for all our clients. We have even used the current situation to further streamline our processes and are generating less waste.
We have taken, and continue to take, our responsibilities seriously at ADM and the health and safety of our colleagues are of huge importance to us.
Where possible, staff have been working from home and we are running two 11 hour shifts to maximise social distancing and have an hour in between shifts for a thorough clean down. Our colleagues are offered masks, gloves and regular hand washing breaks.”
Terry Barratt, Managing Director
“I’m so proud of how the ADM team has dealt with this unprecedented crisis and continued to provide our clients with the high levels of service they have come to expect from us.
It has been incredibly difficult to manage the business over the last 4 months. The impact has been massive on everyone – our clients and staff alike.
We have a great team here at ADM and together we will weather this storm. We are financially stable, very much open for business, and ready for the increase in mailings in the coming months.”
